INGREDIENTS:
6-8 oz Chicken (or calf's) Livers
1 Large Onion ( 1/2 sliced)
1tbl sp corn Oil
3 hard boiled eggs
salt & Pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. heat oil in frying pan
2. fry sliced onion untill golden
3. add Liver and fry untill cooked through and tender
4. when cool, mince (or chop finely) with cooked and raw onion and 2 of the eggs
5. add salt & pepper
6. mix together to form crumbly paste
7. spread evenly into a serving dish
8. grate 3rd egg and sprinkle over the top, to decorate
