INGREDIENTS:
1 Leek 1 Onion ½ tbsp Olive Oil 4 Med Potatoes peeled and cubed 4 Large Carrots scraped and slices 2oz Bran 1 Orange 1 Lemon 1 Small Grapefruit 1oz mix of Walnuts; Pumpkin seeds and Sunflower seeds ½ tbsp stem Ginger Syrup 2 peices Stem Ginger grated 1 pinch each of grated Cloves; Cinamon; grated Nutmeg 1 tsp each of chopped Parsely; Corriander & Basil 2 pints veg Stock (can use 2 pints of wates and 2 tock cubes)
