INGREDIENTS:
1lb sugar snap peas (topped & tailed)
2 oz butter
1 finely chopped clove garlic
2 oz flaked almonds
1 tble sp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. Boil peas in a saucepan of salted water
2. reduce heat and simmer for approximately 5 minutes
3. Melt butter in a deep frying pan
4. add garlic and almond flakes
5. fry over medium to high heat until golden brown
6. stir in the lemon
7. drain the peas and add to the frying pan
8. toss gently until heated through
Serve immediatly
