INGREDIENTS:
2 tble sp Olive oil
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp chives
1 tsp corriander leaf
1 tsp tarragon
salt and pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Coat chosen food with mixture
3. Marinade for at least 1 hr (overnight is preferable)
Dried herbs can be used if fresh arn't available
