INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of custard powder
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
METHOD:
1. Whip eggs and sugar for 5 min.
2. Fold in sieved custard and baking powder.
3. Butter and flour 7" cake tin
4. Pour in mixture.
5. Cook in pre-heated oven at 205C/400F. for 15-20 min. |
