INGREDIENTS:
4 oz unsalted
butter 4 oz potato flour 4 oz castor sugar 2 oz ground
almonds 2 eggs
METHOD:
1. pre heat oven to gas reg 6 2. beat butter
and sugar to a cream 3. add well beaten eggs 4. stir in potato f;our
and ground amonds 5. spread mixture evenly in a thin layer in a well
greased tin 6. bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden in
colour 7. cut into squares before removing from tin 8. place on a
cooling tray till cool 9. keep in an airtight tin
